Stay tuned for these new social media analytics tools from Instagram!

  3. Ad Staging. This data lets social media marketers and ad managers prepare upcoming campaigns through preview, save and collaboration options.

These three social media analytics tools will be available to everyone later this year, but in the meantime, here are 4 ways to use Instagram effectively:

  1. Remember hashtags! They’ll make your posts more visible to others searching for the same type of content.
  2. Cross-promote your Instagram photos! Share them on your company’s Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest pages as well.
  3. Get creative! Mix up your pictures and videos by sharing more than the products you sell. Show off your staff, give a “sneak peek” of behind the scenes or post a photo that inspires you.
  4. “Social” is important! That’s why it’s the first half of “social media.” Remember it’s all about connecting with other people, so reply to followers that comment or ask questions, and take a few extra minutes to interact with others on the platform.
