Working from home is arguably one of the greatest perks of my career as a publicist. There is no daily commute in traffic, I can wear whatever I want and I have the ability to spend a lot of time at home with family. However, the long hours of working in the house can start to deplete the comfort of being at home. Learning more about interior design from Jana sparked my interest in making changes in my own house that made all the difference. I was constantly feeling a lack of excitement, so I added a pop of color to my work space with a fun light that sparks creativity when I am in need of inspiration. Working with Jana has taught me so many lessons about design and how it can positively affect my daily life. I’ve learned that creating a space congruent with your lifestyle can help ignite an effortless sense of peace, rugs should be the first step in decorating a room, and, most importantly, home is where the ‘art’ is.
