Who would have thought broccoli could teach you social media lessons? Here are 3 social media lessons I discovered from the vegetable’s Twitter page.

3 Social Media Lessons from @EatBroccoliRabe

  1. Offer Help

One of the first aspects of the feed I noticed was how many recipes there were. Providing recipes that feature the broccoli variety is a great way to help readers see how they can implement this food into their meals. Give your fans every opportunity to use your product in their everyday life.

  1. Provide Information

Along with recipes, the page also gave details on how healthy the product is for you. After seeing the nutritional benefits of broccoli, how can you not run right out and eat it? Clients appreciate helpful information about your product or services and will return to your social media channels to learn more of what you have to offer.

  1. Use Visuals

Finally, the use of visuals made the page appealing and attractive. Broccoli isn’t an engaging topic by nature and reading about it may be just as boring. Through the use of memes and colorful images, broccoli became interesting! Use images to attract and engage your fans and increase interaction.

Who would have thought social media lessons could have been learned from a Twitter page about broccoli rabe? The vegetable’s page offered help, provided information and used visuals to create an intriguing profile. Where is the craziest place you’ve found inspiration?
