Three Girls was lucky to have Shakespeare, a Sheltie, as its official “Office Greeter.” He loved welcoming guests, employees, and his family anytime he saw them with his excited, gruff little bark. Shakespeare often got upset when he noticed people packing their things to leave and would bark at the sound of keys and whenever someone makes their way to the exit. Oh, and he hated staplers. He also responded to “Spears” and “Spirit.” Shakespeare had a thick fur coat with golden shades of caramel, brown and white, which framed his adorable face and wise eyes. He loved sitting on people’s laps and would even climb on top of you when you were on a business call. Despite his age, he was often playful as a puppy! Shakespeare loved having Effy around as his new companion. Outside the office, Shakespeare loved to play tug of war and fetch with tennis balls. He was a very active dog and got antsy if he didn’t get his daily walk. He was very curious and loved being in the middle of the action. He was a picky and dainty eater and kept his trim figure by eating small meals throughout the day. He took after his father, Dennis, and was an aspiring artist, i.e. Spears stole Erika’s Sharpie pen set as a play toy.
RIP, Shakespeare! You were loved and will be missed.
