Right after breakfast each day, I log online and check my Instagram profile. If anyone has messaged me or commented on a post, I’m able to get back to them within 24 hours (or less!). This lets my audience know that my ears are open and listening for any feedback they have for me. It is more challenging if your business has profiles on several platforms, but if this pup can stay on top of her engagement, so can you!
