Erika Taylor Montgomery
CEO-President
Erika Taylor Montgomery, CEO and Founder of Three Girls Media Inc., enjoyed an 18-year broadcasting career in the San Francisco Bay Area before transitioning to public relations and marketing. In 2005 Montgomery launched Three Girls Media, a personalized PR and custom content marketing agency. The firm specializes in working with companies of all sizes worldwide.
In 2019 Erika was named Boss Of The Year by the Thurston County Chamber and in 2020 she was named one of the Top 200 CEOs in America by CEO Monthly Magazine, Best Female Marketing & PR CEO from the Global CEO Excellence Awards and Best Female Marketing & PR CEO of the Year by the Global 100. So far in 2022 Erika has been named Best Female Marketing & PR CEO by M&A Magazine, Best Female Marketing & PR CEO of the Year by Global 100 and one of the 10 Most Innovative CEOs to Follow in 2022 by Success Pitchers magazine.

Trixie attended the University of the Philippines, where she earned a degree in Philippine Arts (Art Studies) and found her passion for literature, writing and marketing. As part of marketing teams spanning different industries, Trixie is always eager to help brands find their voice and reach new milestones.
Megan Norris
Office Manager And Executive Assistant
Megan is a dynamic Seattle native who’s not only passionate about social media and marketing but also brings flair to every role she takes on.
Her professional journey has been nothing short of impressive. She has worked in recruiting at Amazon, wielded her expertise as an Operations Specialist and Sales Broker with top real estate teams, and contributed her marketing savvy to a family-owned interior design firm.
With her versatile skills in operations, marketing, and executive assistance, she adds a unique, creative edge to Three Girls Media.
Reid Sebastian
Marketing Specialist
Reid is a highly educated marketing specialist with a passion for quality education. After earning a Doctor of Education in Language and Literature Education from Far Eastern University, he spent over a decade teaching English language and literature to high school and university students.
Phoebe Ingrid Blu
Office Greeter
Phoebe Ingrid Blu is a rescue pup that was welcomed to her forever home by our CEO, Erika, in March of 2021. She’s quickly integrated herself into the team. Simply known around Three Girls as Phoebe, she very much enjoys her role as “Office Greeter” and 4-footed best friend to Erika. With her own Instagram account, Phoebe dishes out great marketing advice in a series titled, “Phoebe Says …” Follow her on Instagram at @Phoebe_IngridBlu.
Robin Fisher
Website & Graphic Designer
Robin Fisher is the owner/designer behind Bright Bird Creative. She grew up in Appalachia and moved to California in 1984.
In April, 2001, she founded Take Flight Graphics, an independent design firm offering a broad array of graphic and web design and development services. Bright Bird Creative is a brand upgrade of the original design business—rolled out in 2017. Robin brings experience from a vast array of creative disciplines including fine art, graphic design, typography, and website design to each client project, as well as a high level of technical expertise in website hand-coding and front-end development skills.
