This past week the Los Angeles Mayor endorsed Plush Puffs Gourmet Marshmallows. Last Saturday nearly 60 mobile food vendors gathered at the Rose Bowl to give thousands of locals a taste of Southern California’s food truck scene. Amongst the vendors: The Munchie Machine, a gourmet food truck that specializes in various categories of munchies including grilled sandwich options, a rotating salad of the day, a selection of sides and a variety of delectable baked goods.
Plush Puffs is one of the delectable treats available from The Munchie Machine. Their handmade, all natural, low-fat intensely flavored marshmallows are the foundation of the gourmet food truck’s s’mores with varieties like caramel, coconut, cinnamon and more! After sampling virtually everything at the Food Fest, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said one of his favorite dishes included a creation from The Munchie Machine and Plush Puffs: “The peanut butter and jelly s’more sandwich is to die for,” he said.
